Purpose of the position:


Responsible for ensuring the effective administration, compliance, and support of all training-related processes across all AOCs. This role ensures that all training records, qualifications, and regulatory requirements are maintained to the highest standards, supporting operational readiness and safety.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the accuracy and completeness of training records for all AOC and CCTO personnel, ensuring full regulatory compliance
  • Monitor crew qualifications and expiry dates, initiating timely actions to maintain operational readiness
  • Identify and report training-related non-compliances, ensuring corrective measures are implemented promptly
  • Execute and improve internal control processes to ensure data integrity and audit readiness
  • Manage administrative updates, including AOC changes, name changes, and long-term crew absences
  • Maintain and update databases of internal trainers/instructors and external examiners
  • Coordinate the preparation and re-issuance of licenses and attestations
  • Ensure timely resolution of training-related queries and support tickets within a 24-hour SLA
  • Deliver onboarding and process training for new colleagues across all AOCs
  • Collaborate on the development and testing of digital training tools, ensuring usability and accuracy
  • Support ad hoc requests from the Operator and contribute to cross-functional initiatives

 

Requirements:



  • Experience in database systems, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, experience as a regulator or licensing officer is an advantage
  • Proficiency in training management systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • English C1 both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
